Destiny Truong

Hi, I’m Destiny Truong, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC). I’ve been a part of Behavior One since 2021 and feel grateful to work alongside individuals, couples, and families as they navigate meaningful changes in their lives.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton, and my Master’s in School-Based Family Counseling from California State University, Los Angeles. Over the past few years, I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of therapeutic settings with children, teens, and adults; each experience strengthening my belief in the power of empathy, curiosity, and collaboration in the healing process.

My approach is integrative and tailored to each person I work with. I draw from Structural Family Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and somatic-based practices to support clients in understanding their stories, strengthening their relationships, and reconnecting with themselves. I strive to create a warm, grounded, and safe space where you can feel seen and supported.
